Kocasinan ist eine Stadtgemeinde (Belediye) im gleichnamigen Ilçe (Landkreis) der Provinz Kayseri in der türkischen Region Zentralanatolien und zugleich ein Stadtbezirk der 1988 gebildeten Büyükşehir belediyesi Kayseri (Großstadtgemeinde/Metropolprovinz).
