La contea di Guadalupe (in inglese Guadalupe County) è una contea dello Stato del Texas, negli Stati Uniti. La popolazione al censimento del 2010 era di 131 533 abitanti.[1] Il capoluogo di contea è Seguin.[2] La contea è stata fondata nel 1846, e prende il nome dal fiume Guadalupe. Lo sceriffo della città è Arnold S. Zwicke.[3]
