Mae Long (Thai: แม่หลอง) is a tambon (subdistrict) of Omkoi District, in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. In 2017 it had a population of 8,065 people.[1]

Mae Ngao National Park is in this subdistrict.
The subdistrict was created effective 10 August 1989 by splitting off 10 administrative villages from Yang Piang.[2] In 2022, it was renamed from Sop Khong to Mae Long.[3]
The tambon is divided into 12 administrative villages (mubans).
