Allariz ist eine Gemeinde im Nordwesten Spaniens. Sie liegt in der Provinz Ourense, innerhalb der Autonomen Region Galicien nahe der Grenze zu Portugal. Allariz ist eine Stadt, die vom Tourismus und der Nähe zur fünfzehn Kilometer entfernten Provinzhauptstadt Ourense profitiert. Allariz is a town and municipality (in Galician: Concello) in the province of Ourense, Autonomous Community of Galicia, Spain. It occupies the center of the western half of the province, connecting with the towns (concellos) of Taboadela, Paderne, Sandiás, Vilar de Santos, Rairiz de Veiga, Xunqueira de Ambía, A Merca and A Bola. The area of the municipality is 85,3 km² and there are 6.188 inhabitants in 16 parishes.[es] Allariz

Allariz est reconnu par sa gastronomie, ses artisans locaux et ses fêtes. Allariz a été inscrite à l'UNESCO en 2005 pour sa variété de sa faune et sa flore. C'est également un passage du tracé de la "Via de la Plata" pour les pèlerins qui se rendent à Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
