    Alcaudete ist eine südspanische Kleinstadt und eine aus dem Hauptort und mehreren Weilern bestehende Gemeinde (municipio) mit insgesamt 10.498 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Januar 2019) im Zentrum der Provinz Jaén in der autonomen Region Andalusien.

    Alcaudete is a city located in the province of Jaén, Andalusia, Spain. As of 2018, it has a population of 10,558. It is home to a 12th-14th century Moorish castle, located on the top of the hill commanding the town. Other sights include the Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor (15th century).

    Alcaudete es una localidad y municipio español situado en la parte noroccidental de la comarca de la Sierra Sur, en la provincia de Jaén. Limita con los municipios jienenses de Alcalá la Real, Castillo de Locubín y Martos, y con los municipios cordobeses de Baena, Luque, Priego de Córdoba y Fuente-Tójar. Por su término discurren los ríos Guadajoz —incluido el embalse de Vadomojón—, Víboras, San Juan y Caicena.
