Luník IX is a borough (city ward) in the city of Košice, Slovakia, in the Košice II district. It is located in the western-central part of the city, surrounded by the boroughs of Pereš, Myslava, Barca, Juh and Západ.

Luník IX (phonétique slovaque : [luɲiːk ɟɛvɛc]) est l'un des quartiers autonomes de la ville de Košice en Slovaquie situé un peu à l'écart de sa banlieue ouest. Conçu dans les années 1970 comme expérience forcée d'intégration de populations roms vivant à proximité du centre-ville, ce quartier de grands ensembles composé de trois rues est habité par environ 2 000 personnes dans les années 1980 et plus de 6 000 en 2012. Depuis la fin des années 1990, le quartier fait face à des difficultés sociales croissantes, avec un taux de chômage dépassant les 90 %. Du fait qu'il soit habité exclusivement par des populations roms très souvent en grande précarité, il est désormais considéré comme un ghetto ethnique, parmi les plus grands de Slovaquie et d'Europe centrale.
