Osturňa (deutsch Asthorn, ungarisch Osztornya – bis 1902 Oszturnya) ist eine Gemeinde in der Nordslowakei, die von einem in den Dunajec sich ergießenden Bach durchflossen wird. Sie liegt am Nordfuß der Zipser Magura nahe der polnischen Grenze, etwa 17 km von Spišská Stará Ves und 60 km von Poprad entfernt.
