Gornja Trepča est une station thermale ; elle se trouve à 10 km de Čačak et à 159 km de Belgrade, non loin de l'Ibarska magistrala, la « route de l'Ibar ».

À proximité du village se trouve le monastère de Vujan. Les archéologues ont également mis au jour les vestiges d'un cimetière remontant aux Grecs.

Gornja Trepča (Serbian Cyrillic: Горња Трепча) is a village and spa located in the municipality of Čačak, Serbia. As of 2011 census, the village has a population of 556 inhabitants. The Atomska Banja spa center is located in the village; it has waters rich in sulfur and sodium infused with traces of uranium and radon.[3]
