Babice (Polish pronunciation: [baˈbit͡sɛ]) is a village in Chrzanów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Babice. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Chrzanów and 36 km (22 mi) west of the regional capital Kraków.[1]
