Casaleggio Boiro (piemontesisch Casalegio Bòiro, ligurisch Casaèzo) ist eine Gemeinde mit 372 (Stand 31. Dezember 2019) Einwohnern in der italienischen Provinz Alessandria (AL), Region Piemont. In Casaleggio Boiro werden Reben für den Dolcetto d’Ovada, einen Rotwein mit DOC Status angebaut. Die Beeren der Rebsorten Spätburgunder und/oder Chardonnay dürfen zum Schaumwein Alta Langa verarbeitet werden.

Casaleggio Boiro is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Turin and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) south of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 379 and an area of 12.2 square kilometres (4.7 sq mi).[3]
