Esanatham is a village in Tamil Nadu, India. It is part of Karur District and surrounded by villages of the Dindigul district. The village is a significant producer of drumsticks, which it exports widely. Chettinad Cement Factory is also nearby. Agriculture is the most important source of work in this area. Nearby villages include Pulavanur, Nochipatti, R Vellodu, Sukkampatti, and E V Puthur.
