Dugopolje se trouve en Dalmatie, à 15 km au nord-est de Split et à 253 km au sud-sud-est de Zagreb[2].

Au recensement de 2001, la municipalité comptait 3 120 habitants, dont 99,49 % de Croates[3] et le village seul comptait 2 674 habitants[4].

Dugopolje ist ein Dorf in der Gespanschaft Split-Dalmatien im Süden Kroatiens. Es hat 3469 Einwohner (Volkszählung 2011) und ist etwa 10 Kilometer von Split entfernt. Im Moment sind die Landflächen von Dugopolje begehrt, was seinen Grund im starken Ausbau des Industrieparks und der Autobahn A1 hat.[en] Dugopolje
