Démographie
La population du district était de 611 133 habitants en 1999[2].
Économie
Le district de Suizhong compte une centrale électrique exploitée par Guohua Electric Power, une des cinq plus grandes compagnie d'électricité chinoises et premier extracteur mondial de charbon. L'entreprise Alstom Power Service y a signé en 2007 un contrat important pour assurer la maintenance de la centrale.

Der Kreis Suizhong (chinesisch .mw-parser-output .Hans{font-size:110%}绥中县, Pinyin Suízhōng Xiàn) ist ein Kreis der bezirksfreien Stadt Huludao in der nordostchinesischen Provinz Liaoning, Volksrepublik China. Er hat eine Fläche von 2.906 km² und zählt 545.963 Einwohner (Stand: Zensus 2020).[1] Sein Hauptort ist die Großgemeinde Suizhong (绥中镇).[en] Suizhong County
Suizhong County (simplified Chinese: 绥中县; traditional Chinese: 綏中縣; pinyin: Suízhōng Xiàn) is a county of southwestern Liaoning, People's Republic of China. It is located on the northern coast of the Bohai Sea and is the southernmost county of Huludao City (as well as non-peninsular Liaoning), bordering Hebei to the southwest. The county has an area of 2,765 square kilometres (1,068 sq mi), a population of 640,000, and is an economically important region within Huludao.[1] Suizhong is the home of the first Chinese citizen to travel in space, Yang Liwei.- [fr] Xian de Suizhong
