Qianshan (.mw-parser-output .Hans{font-size:110%}潜山市, Qiánshān Shì) ist eine kreisfreie Stadt der bezirksfreien Stadt Anqing im Südwesten der chinesischen Provinz Anhui. Sie verwaltet ein Territorium von 1688 Quadratkilometern im Südosten des Dabie-Gebirges mit einer Gesamtbevölkerung von 519.000 Einwohnern (Stand: Ende 2018). Die Bevölkerungszählung des Jahres 2000 hatte für den damaligen Kreis Qianshan (潜山县) eine Gesamtbevölkerung von 515.261 Personen in 143.098 Haushalten ergeben, davon 260.308 Männer und 254.953 Frauen.[2]

Qianshan is a county-level city in the southwest of Anhui Province, People's Republic of China; it is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Anqing. It has a population of 570,000 and an area of 1,686 square kilometres (651 sq mi). The government of Qianshan County is located in Meicheng Town. The well-known Wan Mountain, or Tianzhu Mountain, is located within the borders of the County.
