La population du district était de 619 311 habitants en 1999[2].
Culture
Le rouleau de peinture de Huang Gongwang, datant de la dynastie Yuan, « Séjour dans les Monts Fuchun » représente les montagnes ce lieu. Le film « Séjour dans les monts Fuchun », sorti en 2019, se déroule dans cette ville-district et s'inspire de cette peinture.

Fuyang (help·info) (simplified Chinese: 富阳; traditional Chinese: 富陽; pinyin: Fùyáng; lit. 'abundant sunshine') is one of ten urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, East China. Fuyang is located in the northwest of Zhejiang on the Fuchun River, a tributary of the Qiantang River.
