Taobei (chinesisch .mw-parser-output .Hani{font-size:110%}洮北区, Pinyin Táoběi Qū) ist ein Stadtbezirk in der chinesischen Provinz Jilin. Er gehört zum Verwaltungsgebiet der bezirksfreien Stadt Baicheng. Taobei hat eine Fläche von 2.490 km² und zählt 517.434 Einwohner (Stand: Zensus 2010).[1] Es ist Stadtzentrum und Sitz der Stadtregierung von Baicheng.

Taobei District (simplified Chinese: 洮北区; traditional Chinese: 洮北區; pinyin: Tāoběi Qū) is the main urban district of the prefecture-level city of Baicheng in China's northeastern Jilin province. It was formerly the county-level city of Baicheng until 1993, when the former Baicheng Prefecture became Baicheng prefecture-level city, while the prefectural capital Baicheng county-level city was renamed Taobei District.
