Histoire
Le 12 mai 1979 est constitué le Xian de Ping'an chinois : 平安县 ; pinyin : [3]
Le 2 mars 2015[réf. souhaitée], il devient le district de Ping'an[1],[4].
Démographie
La population du district était de 110 154 habitants en 1999[5].
La ville de Ping'an comptait 48 715 habitants en 2000[6].

Ping’an (chinesisch .mw-parser-output .Hani{font-size:110%}平安区, Pinyin Píng’ān Qū) ist ein Stadtbezirk der bezirksfreien Stadt Haidong im Osten der Provinz Qinghai in der Volksrepublik China. Ping'an District (Chinese: 平安区; pinyin: Píng'ān Qū) also known as Ping'anyi (simplified Chinese: 平安驿; traditional Chinese: 平安驛), is an administrative district and the seat of the city of Haidong, in the east of Qinghai province of the People's Republic of China, located about 35 km (22 mi) east from Xining.
