Der Stadtbezirk Longwan (.mw-parser-output .Hans{font-size:110%}龙湾区, Lóngwān Qū) ist ein Stadtbezirk der bezirksfreien Stadt Wenzhou in der chinesischen Provinz Zhejiang. Er hat eine Fläche von 217,5 km² und zählt 766.829 Einwohner (Stand: Zensus 2020).[1] Den Namen erhielt der Bezirk, der Sage nach, nach dem Daluo-Gebirge. Es schlängelt sich nach Nord-Osten wie ein riesiger Drache, der in den Fluss eindringt. Dieser Drache wurde Longwan genannt.[2]

Longwan District (simplified Chinese: 龙湾区; traditional Chinese: 龍灣區; pinyin: Lóngwān Qū) is an outlying district of the city of Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, China. It has a population of some 200,000 people in 2000 but grew to almost 750,000 people in 2010 due to rapid urbanization.[1] It is famous for private enterprises, especially leather and the metal industry. Also, this district is one of the most important one in Wenzhou.
