Zhongyuan (Chinese: 中原; pinyin: Zhōngyuán) is a town in Qionghai, Hainan, China.[1] The town spans an area of 104 square kilometres (40 sq mi), and has a population of 29,889 people as of 2002.[1]

Zhongyuan was established as a town in 1986.[1]

Transportation


National Highway 223 runs through Zhongyuan, as does the Hainan East Line Expressway [zh].[1]
