Kloster ist ein Gebiet im Nordwesten der Stadt Deutschlandsberg in der Weststeiermark. Kloster war bis Ende 2014 eine Gemeinde mit 194 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Jänner 2015) im Bezirk Deutschlandsberg in der Steiermark, Österreich. Im Rahmen der steiermärkischen Gemeindestrukturreform wurde Kloster 2015 mit den Gemeinden Deutschlandsberg, Bad Gams, Freiland bei Deutschlandsberg, Osterwitz und Trahütten zusammengeschlossen.[1] Grundlage dafür ist das Steiermärkische Gemeindestrukturreformgesetz – StGsrG.[2] Ein Fusions- und Entwicklungsvertrag mit Deutschlandsberg und Bad Gams wurde bereits am 18.
