La prison de Baiyin et la prison de Jingyuan sont des prisons dans le village de Beiwan qui appartient au xian. La prison de Tongcheng est une prison dans le village de Zhongbao qui appartient au xian.

Der Kreis Jingyuan (chinesisch .mw-parser-output .Hani{font-size:110%}靖远县, Pinyin Jìngyuǎn Xiàn) ist ein Kreis der bezirksfreien Stadt Baiyin in der chinesischen Provinz Gansu. Jingyuan County (simplified Chinese: 靖远县; traditional Chinese: 靖遠縣; pinyin: Jìngyuǎn Xiàn) is a county in the east of Gansu Province. It is under the administration of Baiyin City, and consists of two separate tracts of territory to the north and south of Pingchuan District. The northern tract borders Ningxia to the north.
